A hard experience became a new beginning.

Rubi's Gleam Team didn't start because Rubi wanted to simply open another cleaning company. It started because she believed customers and cleaners deserved better.

While working for another cleaning company, Rubi saw firsthand how unfair situations could feel for both sides. Customers could feel overlooked, while hardworking cleaners could feel like they were being asked for more without being treated with the same care and respect.

So she walked away and started building something of her own: a company where the goal is simple — take pride in the work, treat people well, and make the customer feel like their home is actually being cared for. Today, Rubi's Gleam Team is growing with an experienced team and more than 5 years of hands-on cleaning experience.

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. A cleaning is not booked until Rubi's Gleam Team confirms the date, scope, availability, and final price with the customer.

2. Scope of service

Cleaning is limited to the services and areas agreed upon at booking. Specialized, unsafe, hazardous, or unusually difficult conditions may require a separate quote or may be declined.

3. Customer access & safety

Customers are responsible for lawful access to the property and for communicating pets, alarms, fragile items, safety concerns, and special instructions before service.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

Any cancellation or rescheduling fee will be communicated in the confirmed booking or service agreement and applied according to the company's written policy.

5. Payment

Payment is due according to the confirmed booking terms. The final amount may change when the requested scope or property condition differs materially from the information used for the starting quote.

6. Honest reviews

Rubi's Gleam Team does not present invented customer experiences as genuine reviews or testimonials. Customers may share honest feedback about services they actually experienced.

7. Consumer review rights

These terms do not prohibit honest customer reviews. Federal consumer-review protections may apply to ordinary consumer agreements.

8. Maryland consumer protection
